Job Title - Logistics Administrator (Import/Export)
Location - Manchester
Salary - GBP26,000 - GBP32,000

The Logistic Administrator will coordinate export/import activity and will manage the invoicing with third-party providers which includes budget management. You will conduct routine activities within a single business or country with short term outlook, including data management, reporting and analysis, business partnership, export and import duties.

Key responsibilities
* Export and import administration for the UK - coordination with external broker and internal stakeholders
* Third party logistics partners invoicing management
* Support supply chain key performance indicators data gathering and reporting and ensure an effective filing system is in place for all documents to meet audit requirements.
* Receive, investigate and resolve logistics related customer complaints, raising service non-conformance reports and claims with third-party logistics providers as appropriate.
* Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

* Experience within supply chain environment
* Export and import administration experience
* Experience with SAP and/or ERP appreciated
