TEMP ASSISTANT - Victoria - starting ASAP

We have an urgent temp Assistant requirement for a lovely Tech and Life Sciences Investment firm based in Victoria. 

You will be managing diaries, booking travel, expenses and supporting the office with admin. Ideally looking for a temp Assistant who can start immediately and has experience within a busy investment firm. There may be the possibility of this position being extended to a perm role so looking for a temp who can hit the ground running and is highly confident in their ability to organise meetings, book global travel, coordinate diaries, process expenses and provide friendly and upbeat support.
