JS Recruitment are delighted to working with one of the fastest growing constructions business in the UK. With offices in Leeds Manchester and Birmingham they are becoming a force to be reckoned with. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their Birmingham office as a Senior Administrator.
The person in the role will be the backbone of their administration supporting their ambitious growth plans.
You will have an ear to the ground and be aware of everything that's going on in the organisation, from knowing which important meetings will be taking place to coordinating deliveries and organising travel arrangements for staff. You will be often the first person that employees and potential clients see so you're always representing the company.
DUTIES
Reception duties.
Meeting room management.
Assisting bid Management/ Estimating.
Stationery control.
Typing Meeting Minutes as required .
Electronic Filing.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Good IT Skills.
Microsoft Office, Power point, Adobe Photo shop/ InDesign
Strong administration skills.
Availability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
