This is a really great opportunity to be part of a renowned small property company. They are seeking a part time PA/Office manager to join their friendly team in Central London. This company is well established with a close-knit team – all of whom are warm and hardworking.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a hybrid role in which you will be working supporting a team of 3 individuals alongside managing the office.
  • Diary management
  • Creation of documentation and presentations
  • Adhoc administrative duties
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Supporting senior management with projects
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have at least 3 years’ experience within an office management/PA role. You will be friendly and personable, with the ability to work autonomously. This team are really fun and positive and they are seeking a like minded individual to join them.
  • Experience within property is desirable but not necessary
  • A willingness to get involved with projects and be passionate doing so
  • Willing to learn about the property sector
  • Great IT skills
  • Efficient problem solver with a can do attitude
  • High attention to detail

 THE BENEFITS

  • This role will pay up to £50k (pro rata), in addition to holidays and a pension scheme.
  • This is a part time role with core hours being 20-25 hours per week
  • Ideally working across 5 days but open to 3 full working days a week
  • Complete flexibility on start and end times ( i.e 9am – 2pm or 10am  - 3pm)
