Our client as a vacancy for a Customer Service Assistant. Working in the hospitality sector, you will be employed in a casual role and the shifts are available on as and when required basis, as per business needs. Working hours are between 06.00 and 23.00, Monday to Sunday. Number of shifts will vary per week. The normal hours worked per week are 37.

The role - working across multiple departments and areas, including but not confined to:

* Food & Beverage service

* Guest Care Crew - conference & events

* Housekeeping

* Kitchen

* Reception

Experience in some of these areas will be beneficial and full training will be given.

The person - already experienced within hospitality environments:

* Excellent customer care skills

* Good awareness and an eye for detail

* Friendly and polite

* A positive can-do attitude

* Good communication skills

* Enthusiastic & willing to learn

A fully flexible approach to working between the hours of 06:00 and 23:00 as required is essential; this will include weekend working.
