Are you a positive, hardworking person with excellent attention to detail? Then we are looking for you.
As the face of the company you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our clients in a friendly professional manner, providing refreshments, answering telephones, arranging meetings, ordering lunches for staff and clients, dealing with post, assisting with arrangements for company social events and other general admin duties. Working within the reception team your tasks will alternate weekly giving you variation and the opportunity to develop new skills.
You will have:
* Experience in a reception role is essential and have good customer service skills
* Pleasant, professional and an effective communicator with a good telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills
* Qualifications: A-Levels minimum
* Ability to take on administrative tasks effectively and efficiently, adept at multi-tasking
* Methodical with excellent organisation skills
* A good level of computer literacy with an attention to detail and accuracy in Microsoft packages i.e. Excel.
You will be:
* Reliable, dependable and approachable
* Able to take responsibility whilst using your initiative
* Happy working independently and as part of a team
* Eager with a 'can-do' attitude being proactive and responsive to internal and external customer needs whilst being professional at all times
* Remain calm and quality conscious when under pressure
* Able to prioritise a diverse workload and willing to support members of staff with ad-hoc admin tasks such as typing, binding, laminating
