Personal Assistant

Our client is one of the UK’s leading retail and consumer spaces – they require a dynamic and enthusiastic PA to support their innovative organisation. Based in Manchester, this role will be PA to two Directors but is hugely varied and will include events organisation, relationship management with important retail clients, social media management and VIP/guest relations.

Key responsibilities –

• EA support to 2 Directors as well as wider team – general administrative support, expenses, coordinating diaries, board meetings, booking travel/accommodation and generally being the lynchpin for the team.
• Office management – overseeing the daily management of a busy office and proactively implementing systems, policies and procedures to ensure the general office is well organised and running efficiently
• Relationship management – building relationships with key retail accounts and other PAs, keeping lines of communication open and strong
• Events organisation – both internal and external – taking the reins on upcoming events and as well brainstorming for new opportunities for networking possibilities and making events fun and engaging, as part of relationship building with key partners.
• Social media and marketing – take some ownership of social media and generally increase online presence on social and other mediums.
• VIP and Guest relations – “Director of first impressions” ensuring VIPs feel welcomed and looked after.

• Highly organised, efficient and proactive
• Friendly, polite and warm to welcome guests and build relationships
• Fluent in social media
• Enjoys event organisation
• 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
