Receptionist

A well-respected, high end clinic based on Harley Street are looking for a brilliant front of house professional to join their busy team.

Role:

Joining a team of five you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the clinic. You will be greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing the diaries of senior doctors and technicians, financial administration, organising travel for patients, collecting feedback and general administration for the practice.

Candidate:
We are looking for super friendly, professional and personable candidates ideally with a couple of years’ experience either front of house or within customer service. You will be happy working within a team and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. For this role to work you need to have exceptional communication skills as well as a proactive and willing attitude.

Package:

The client is offering a great salary of £25,000 – £28,000 .
