Administrator - Estimating - Salary GBP21-23k depending on experience + up to GBP500 per month OTE

The Team
Part of a small team you will be a self motivated part of the Customer Service team, but who focuses on Estimating. You will have a commercial mindset and will use your numerical and attention to detail skills along with your flair for customer service.
Job purpose
The key purpose of the role is to check quotations, confidently reading dimensions from technical drawings with a keen eye for detail. Calling customer to follow up quotes, dealing with any issues and encouraging them to place their order.
You will make an agreed number of calls per day to decision makers to get answers on submitted quotations to able forecasting. Working on a KPI set at 95% quote return within a 4-hour turn-around. Working in a customer orientated industry with a positive 'can do' attitude. To assist and help the team with general administrative duties and generate new sales.
You will support other teams to check and enter over 50 estimations/quotes a day, prioritising based on customer needs and requirements.

Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with colleagues and customers
Flexibility on tasks to be completed based on the needs of the business at that time
