Financial Services Administrator - FTC

Our client a discretionary wealth management firm who is looking to recruit a number of Administrators on a fixed term basis to join the team in Edinburgh.

They have several fixed term contracts opportunities for Administrators to work in their Edinburgh office.

This is a busy and varied role, and no two days will be the same, you will be providing the best possible service to our colleagues and clients and strive to achieve great results while constantly learning and adapting to improving systems and working practises. You will already have some administration experience, financial services experience would be great, but we are open to all experience; the job can be taught but the most important thing is the right attitude.

They are looking for someone who wants a long-term career in administration, a positive attitude, a quick learner who is happy to take on new things.

Key Responsibilities include

• Manual data input between internally systems during migration to ensure integrity of records

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong and effective communication with colleagues and internal stakeholders

• Ability to learn on the job and share learning to support peers

• Intermediate level of IT proficiency desirable

About you

• Experience in administration within the discretionary wealth management sector preferred or other financial service environments

• Proactive individual who is naturally efficient, organised, can manage their own time well and able to work to deadlines

• Reliable and enthusiastic individual with a strong sense of integrity

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
