Based in our Newcastle office, an opportunity has arisen for a Commission Apprentice to assist with our internal UK & EMEA payrolls.
Job Description
The Commission Administrator role will assist with our Global Commissions processing. This involves processing the commission calculations for our internal Sales staff and providing them with visibility by issuing commission forms & breakdowns on a monthly basis. The successful candidate will be working alongside the current Commission Administrators and will be responsible for ensuring all Commission is processed accurately and in line with the set KPI's for their individual Payrolls. They will also deal with all queries for their individual payrolls, acting as the initial Commission contact for these regions, in line with the set SLA's and escalating when necessary.
Duties
Processing all Commission data accurately first time for all individual Payrolls in line with the set KPI's.
Respond/resolve all queries in line with the set SLA's.
Creating & up-keeping Process Guides for all Commission processing tasks.
Calculating over payments/commission reclaims and logging these.
Raise Manual Payment requests as and when required.
Calculating commission adjustments when necessary.
Ad hoc tasks.

In return we are offering the following;
A salary of GBP20,000.00 p/a
A performance based bonus of up to 10% of your salary
Company pension scheme
20 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays p/a. This increases to 21 days holiday following your first full year of employment
3 days holiday between Christmas and New Year.
1 day holiday to be taken on your birthday each year.
4pm early finish every Friday.
Business update presentation on the first Friday of each month.
Potential to work from home once probation has been passed.
Flexible working hours once probation has been passed.
Flexible lunch breaks of up to 2 hours once probation has been passed.
Working Hours: 39.5 hours p/w. 08:30am - 05:30pm Monday - Thursday, 08:30am - 5pm Friday
