Our client, an incredibly fast paced and exciting energy firm, are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Receptionist.

This will be a varied and fast paced role; you will be working alongside one other Receptionist and as a team you will be ensuring the smooth running of the office and much more. The successful Receptionist must be confident managing multiple requests, looking after the team on an adhoc basis and being an efficient and proactive point of contact.

The office has a lovely culture, welcoming, professional, and hardworking.

Responsibilities:

  • Front of house responsibilities including meeting, greeting visitors, and operating telephone switchboard
  • Looking after the meeting rooms: booking the rooms, preparing, and clearing each meeting
  • Ensuring the office is well stocked
  • Assisting the team with ad-hoc administration tasks
  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers
  • Document management

Person:

  • Concise communicator
  • Prior office administration experience
  • Reliable, team player and looking for a busy and demanding role

This is such a lovely client who really look after their employees and a great opportunity with lots of potential for the right candidate. This is an ongoing temporary role as the office is very busy in the run up to Christmas, the offices are stunning and based in Chelsea.
