HR Assistant - Luxury Resort in Leicestershire (32-34 Hour Contract)
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: GBP22,883 FTE + Gratuities (up to GBP1,000 pa) and Benefits
Contract: 32-34 Hours
As a HR Assistant for this Resort, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience.
This role is to join a small but friendly HR team to provide excellent HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to. This role will encompass all aspects of HR, including overseeing training and development across the business, building upon a culture of continuous learning, ensuring employees are empowered to develop their skills to reach their full potential.
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience within four/five-star hotel in the same capacity and have an outgoing and bubbly personality
Strong background in ER handling
CIPD level 3 qualified or equivalent experience
To be fully aware of and adhere without exception to all Company policies, procedures, rules and regulations as laid out in the Employee Handbook, all Human Resources policies and procedures, acting as a role model for other associates at all times
To assist in the drafting, implementation, and reviews of Hotel's policies related to Human Resources
To be available where required on casework including investigations, disciplinary, grievance and absence matters, providing advice and guidance to managers while ensuring policies are followed and implemented consistently and fairly
To assist in any aspects of recruitment
To foster a working environment that is high in associate morale, provides constant learning and development and career progression opportunities, and supports positive and effective working relationships both within Human Resources and throughout all departments across the unit
