HR Administrator

Temporary HR Administrator to join a local housing company based in Scarborough easily accessible by car and public transport. Can offer full-time or part-time hours with a minimum of 25 hours per week. Home-based working available or office-based in Scarborough centre dependent on your preference and what works well for you personally.

Some of the HR Administration responsibilities are:

Manage and support HR casework. Casework will include absence management capability, disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy
Liaise with external partners such as Occupational Health, staff support services, etc. where appropriate
Assist in the research, development, and delivery of HR initiatives
Work as a member of the HR team, delivering high-quality consistent HR services
Provide advice and support to managers in absence management and support the HR Partners in the collation and analysis of HR information.
Support all HR Partners L&OD Manager and Head of HR to champion, drive and embed the HR agenda, supporting company performance and promoting excellence in people practices throughoutThe working hours are completing negotiable between 8:30am-5pm, as long as you work a minimum of 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday, the hourly rate is GBP15.67 per hour.
