My client is an established manufacturer with over 100 employees, and due to growth they are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team.

You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about their products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the sales department.

The Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, exceptional organisational skills and have very good attention to detail. This is very important due to the nature of the business.

Responsibilities:

Process orders via their own agents, email, telephone or fax

Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

Maintain and update sales and customer records

Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Stay up-to-date with new products and features

This is a full time Permanent position with an immediate start.

The hours of work are 8.30am - 5pm (37.5 pw)

Salary Circa GBP18.2k
