Vibe Recruit are currently looking for an enthusatic Assistant Project Administrator to join their family run client who works within the New build Housing sector in the South West Region.
The ideal candidate will support to the commercial department due to increased capacity by collating orders, setting up projects and processing measured works/general information.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collating and setting up new orders for all sites covered (mostly new build developments within the south west)
2. Setting up survey packs for site measures and calculating approximate material quantities
3. Coordinating surveys requested and returned to manage workflow for the commercial and site teams
4. Collating site measures and from these producing job packs detailing areas to be installed and material schedules for ordering (by others)
5. Filing/Administration of all development requirements to meet NHBC standards
6. Daily checks of the commercial team messagign system and prioritise urgent workload
The Role Requires:
1. Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain them whilst working under pressure and towards deadlines
2. Excellent organisational skills
3. Excellet problem solving skills and experience to meet deadlines and client needs
4. Proficient in IT systems especially Excel (Callidus would be preferred)
5. Experience within contract and domestic flooring (Desirable)
6. Full clean UK Driving licence (Desirable)
