We are seeking an experienced Travel Customer Service Executive to join a successful travel company in which full training is provided to candidates wishing to pursue a career in the exciting world of travel.

This exciting job opportunity is ideal for a professional with experience in operations, administration, sales support or customer support looking for a career in the travel industry.

Duties:
* Handling pre and post travel book enquiries.
* Responsible for providing first rate customer service and support to customers and travel agents in dealing with their travel queries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, suppliers, and industry partners.
* Handle amendments and cancellations.
* Booking travel travel types.
* Assist with overflow sales calls, emails and/or live chat.
* Assist with system testing to ensure both the online booking portal and administrative system is working
Requirements:
* Similar experience in operations, customer service and/or sales support is ideal.
* We would consider travel sales professionals seeking a non sales travel role.
* Experience of working in a customer-facing role desirable but not essential.
* A good working knowledge of the ABTA Code of Conduct desirable but not essential (training would be provided).
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
* Computer literate with Word and Excel proficiency.
