My client, a high end fashion company, are currently recruiting a HR Administrator to support their HR Team in their London office. You will work alongside the HR director in addition to supporting the recruitment team.  

What you’ll do:
  • Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts.
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
  • Entering employee data into computer database.
  • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
  • Conducting salary reviews.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required.
Who you are:
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar using databases & systems, MS Office, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HR function and best practices would be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Access to your own laptop.
