Leading name in the international food & beverage market, established for over 30 years with over 5000 restaurant outlets globally, is seeking a highly experienced and efficient Executive Assistant to support the COO and Senior VP within their International Leadership Team.

Working on a 1 to 2 basis this exciting and fast paced role will provide a complete and confidential support service within a dynamic and fast paced business which is driving continuing growth across the international markets with an emphasis on the Middle and Eastern European, Middle East and Asian markets.

You will be responsible for managing complex international travel arrangements and itineraries, full diary and schedule management, organising and arranging meetings, VCs and Leadership meetings, ensuring documentation is prepared and distributed and taking ownership of their inboxes. Additionally you will be responsible for organising external events, conferences and awards ceremonies and getting involved in ad-hoc projects.

Working remotely / from home, you must possess a strong self motivated work ethic and, of course, a safe and private home working space, and you will be required to attend some monthly meetings in London and Buckinghamshire with Leadership Team members. Additionally there could be an opportunity to travel internationally once or twice a year to their annual events.

This great opportunity would suit an experienced, confident and highly organised EA who has bags of energy, and plenty of common sense and initiative. You will probably possess at least 5 years experience, supporting at senior level within a dynamic and busy role. Previous experience gained in the Food and Beverage sector is not essential but you would probably have developed your career in a creative and non-corporate but internationally focussed environment.
