We are working with an innovative, forward thinking highly successful boutique search company who are looking to bring on board an Executive Assistant in a newly created role.  This is a full-time role, with flexibility - perfect for someone with a growth mindset who is looking to expand their horizons and develop their career.  This is a right-hand role where you will help drive business forward and will be key in decision making.  This role involves typical EA duties but so, so much more. You will be involved in their DE&I advocacy and help project management an extensive calendar of events in this area.  You will manage a vast diary of speaking opportunities and help create newsletters and thought leadership as well as support the major deals and work closely with the marketing and PR teams on marketing and communication strategies. 

This broad role will suit someone who is proactive, who can work under pressure without needing to be handheld, and who can be agile, with the ability to turn their hand to new challenges.

Role:

  • Typical EA duties – diary, meeting, travel, inbox management, expenses and reseach
  • Supporting DE&I advocacy
  • Help organise and project manage DE&I events
  • Manage diary of speaking opportunities
  • Help with creation of strategy newsletter
  • Help manage client deals, supporting with deal documentation
  • Work with Marketing and PR teams with marketing and communications strategy
