HR Assistant
A security company are looking for a confident HR Assistant, at the start of their career, who is looking to learn as much as possible with the potential to progress and build their own team!
It's an incredible position, based in Manchester city centre providing Human Resources support to management, staff and clients too. The role is super varied, fast paced, massively rewarding with the opportunity to gain qualifications and build something of your own!
As a HR Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Providing a consistent and professional Human Resources service.
Answering staff queries regarding human resources, from organising leave to escalating issues to the HR Business Partner when necessary.
Arranging & attending meetings such as disciplinary / grievance, as support and minute taker.
Collating and entering information onto company systems, ensuring information is sent to finance / payroll efficiently.
Inputting and organising personnel files and complete HR compliance audits.
We are looking for an HR Assistant who has the following skills and experiences:
Previous experience within a HR Assistant / HR Admin or HR Advisor role.
Conscientious with strong problem-solving skills.
Confident to work alone and can use initiative.
Organised and can manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Knowledge of 'Investor in People' accreditation desirable.
In return you will receive a salary of GBP20,000 to GBP25,000. On top of your salary you will also receive benefits such as:
