Hours - Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?

Working as an integral part of the HR Services team to ensure that HR systems are effective in order to exceed the expectations of employees.
Supporting the HR Services Senior Systems Specialist to deliver systems (Workday) changes, through strong working relations with IS&T.
The role holder will need to understand the bigger picture, so issue triaging, planning, delivery and testing and support the development of systems enhancements eg chatbot, case management, external best practice.
Stakeholders engagement is important to ensure that the HR Services function is a centre of excellence by actively enhancing the digital offering and continually improving.
Ensure end user training materials and training content catalogue are kept up to date.
Be a system super-user for HR to drive continuous improvement. The HR Services Specialist will provide an escalation point for the resolution of platform queries, providing the business with excellent customer service, advice and support.
Provide statistics and reports on performance as required, obtaining the relevant MI for all areas.
Be an ambassador for digital
Providing regular updates and trends, providing feedback to other areas to resolve as appropriate.

What are we looking for?

CIPD or CIPP qualified or working towards qualification.
Deep working knowledge of HR systems inc Workday
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to check data and contracts in a timely manner
Ability to persuade, influence and motivate others
Strong customer focus and working approach
Professional approach to work, diligent and methodical
Knowledge of UK employment law and awareness of key HR issues and processes
High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to assimilate and interpret information in order to resolve queries and support the team.
Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities whilst working to defined deadlines
