HR Manager
HR MANAGER
Are you looking to join a fast paced distribution business who work across Europe? Our client is looking for a new HR Manager who can work in a generalist role and who thrives on variety and can multi-task effectively. This job can be busy but is never quite the same and can involve anything from creating/reviewing new contracts to ensuring the business is within the law in its actions. Our client has been distributing for over 30 years and is well established across Europe.
The right candidate for this role will have good experience in HR and is capable of working many different aspects of HR role. They will have some experience of leading a team in some way or form and capable of jumping into anything from recruitment to disciplinarys. An all round skill set would be beneficial.
For this role, you will need:
Experience working in a HR environment previously
Experience leading a team
Knowledge if HR systems and databases
An ability to talk to people of all backgrounds
Experience in going through disciplinary process with workers
CIPD trained
In return, you will get:
Between GBP30,000 to GBP40,000 experience depending
Pension scheme
