HR Business Partner

An interim HR Business Partner is required in Hampshire area to support a major highways maintenance contractor with HR generalist activity, whilst a permanent resource is sourced. Role is a hybrid role, working approx 50% remotely and 50% in office (based in Winchester) or site locations throughout Hampshire.

You will be supporting line managers with activity relating to disciplinary process, grievances etc, absence rates and occupational health plus some support on key recruitment activities

Successful candidate will good generalist HR skills, with excellent stakeholder engagement, organisational and influencing skills. A good understanding of employee relations and some recruitment would be desirable. Ability to travel throughout Hampshire required. Good MS Office skills. Experience working in a highways or construction environment would be great, but not essential.
