We are now recruiting for a Digital Support Administrator to join our Performance Excellence team, part for the Kier construction business.

Key Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Support Administrator to undertake central administration of our existing quality management system. This role will expand into supporting the implementation of a brand-new operational field application, become a superuser and trusted subject matter expert supporting operational teams on site. You'll be tech savvy, have a passion for systems and like problem solving using technology. Any knowledge of construction or quality management would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.

What do we need from you?

Being proficient in using systems and Microsoft software will play a key role in your success in this role, as well as having the ability to produce well-presented and structured information materials. As there are tight deadlines, working efficiently, fluidly, and flexibly is necessary as well as having effective communication and influencing skills. Experience within the construction industry would be beneficial.
