JOB TITLE: Relocation Administrator

HOURS: 9.00am – 17.00pm

FLEXIBLE WORKING: You would be required in the office 5 days each week

SALARY: up to £24,000 DOE
LOCATION: Walking distance from Liverpool Street station

As the Relocation Administrator you will be supporting the entire relocation process of the candidates that the organisation places, to ensure a smooth transition for them and their families as they move to the UK!

This is a really diverse role, and no 2 days will be the same. 😊

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Hosting introductory video calls to greet candidates after they accept a position
  • Explaining to candidates how they will require your assistance with their move
  • Compiling pre-visa documentation and submitting this to clients in order to obtain sponsorship information
  • Providing detailed guidance on visa applications to ensure efficient and positive responses to all applications
  • Supporting with all logistical aspects of relocation including booking flights, accommodation, transfers and itineraries
  • Providing ongoing pastoral care to ensure candidates are settling in and have everything they need

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Highly communicative role – requiring a confident and friendly individual
  • Ability to form in depth relationships and provide an incredibly high level of service throughout the entire relocation process
  • Committed individual able to communicate with multiple parties and solve problems
  • Self-motivated, dedicated – someone who is not afraid to go above and beyond
  • Flexible – as the business operates internationally there may be occasions where you will need to accommodate candidate’s availability outside of normal working hours
