A boutique City Law firm is looking for an Office Manager/PA to keep their office running smoothly (Mon-Fri in office role).
If you enjoy being a central figure in a busy office and enjoy a close-knit working environment then we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Assisting Partner with global diary management and overseas travel/visas arrangements
- Acting as first point of contact for all external communications
- Arranging corporate entertainment and social events
- Managing all IT matters within the office, as advised by IT service provider
- Creating new systems and records
- Developing strong supplier relationships
- Keeping company website up to date
- Maintaining service contracts, always seeking best terms
- Using initiative for making improvements when appropriate
The skills you need to bring:
- Previous Office Management experience, ideally within a Legal or Corporate environment
- Strong MS Office skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Proactive self-starter with ability to take ownership
- Professional approach
- True desire to keep things running smoothly.
