Team Assistant - Consumer Brand Venture Capital Firm (Part remote role)

This successful and entrepreneurial venture capital firm that focus on really cool consumer brands are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, self-confident and down-to-earth team assistant to support the Investment Team. This is a very exciting opportunity to work for a lovely team of hardworking and inspiring individuals. The role is to support 4 people and has huge scope to grow for the right person.  Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Diary & inbox management for Principal
• Diary management for junior Investors (3 people)
• Updating company website
• Updating CRM system and assisting the team with pipeline management
• Ensuring digital filing system up to date
• Organising investment samples ahead of meetings
• Assisting with putting together weekly investment meeting agenda
• Managing inbound enquiries via the investment inbox
• Owning events calendar for all investment team members
• Hunting new consumer businesses
• Outreaching new companies
• Assisting the Investment team with research tasks
• Working with the investment team on quarterly Newsletters and events
• Welcoming guests to the office
• Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared for guests
• Providing cover for other EAs during holidays

We are looking for someone who ideally has a genuine interest in consumer brands and or investment and it is imperative that you have had some team assistant experience before.  In terms of character, we are looking for someone proactive, organised and a real team player.  Good written and communication skills are key along with first class attention to detail.  The role is based in West London and they offer flexible working (office based 2-3 days a week).  The role offers the opportunity to be part of a small friendly team with exceptionally interesting and inspirational entrepreneurs who have had an incredible journey.  Whilst the role will be very busy and fast paced you will be based in a relaxed/casual environment in lovely offices with a gorgeous roof terrace amongst a brilliantly creative and dynamic team .  Start date - end of January/beginning of Feb
