We are looking for an Office Manager to join a hugely innovative, incredibly successful and ambitious Financial Services firm located on The Strand. Based in stunning offices, the Office Manager will be supporting a team of 6 in a highly professional, fast paced and entrepreneurial environment where standards are high, but a down to earth and fun approach is embraced. Flexible working 4 days office 1 day from home.
Office Manager duties;
Office Management
- Overall responsibility for London head office and Geneva office (remotely)
- Liaise with Landlords
- Manage facilities / office infrastructure / office maintenance
- Manage service providers including IT, printers, translators, etc.
- Order stationery / IT / other supplies
- Manage office budgets
- Implement and maintain office procedures and administrative systems
- Manage file organisation on cloud server
- Manage brand templates
- First up to troubleshoot office related issues
General Administration
- Travel and function arrangements for Sales team
- Schedule company functions
- Use MS Office and other software (including Satuit CRM system)
- Process staff expenses
- Data entry and other projects
HR Administration
- Organise induction programmes for new employees
- Keep staff policies up to date
- Keep personnel records up to date
- Manage absence calendar
- Quarterback administration of recruitment
The right candidates will ideally have experience as an Office Manager within the Financial Services industry or similar fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. We are looking for candidates who are bright, proactive and energetic who are real problem solvers with excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong MS Office skills
- Able to manage a busy workload independently
- Strong interpersonal skills
Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (flexible) with fantastic benefits; bonus, generous pension contributions, gym, healthcare and 25 days’ holiday.
