Birmingham 2022's Ticketing Functional Area is looking for a Ticketing Administrator to support the Ticketing Managers with administration and coordinator of the Ticketing operations across all competition venues.

The Ticketing Administrator will be vital in assisting the operational roll out of the Ticketing operation by supporting the administration and management of venue seating plans and seat assignment across all client groups. If you have administration experience within a ticketing or box office environment, with excellent attention to detail and data analysis skills, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Assist the Ticketing Managers and Ticketing Service Provider in the operational roll out of Ticketing operations across all competition venues.
Assist in the administration and management of venue seating plans across all client groups.
Assist in the administration seat assignment across all client groups to deliver full stadia across the Games.
Assist the Ticketing Managers in the sales administration across all competition venues.
Responsible for the collation and writing of Ticketing operation presentations, minute taking and tracking issues and risks.
Working at a competition venue during Games times to assist in the smooth running of Ticketing Operations.
Establish a close working relationship with other Birmingham 2022 Functional Areas, including Venue Management and Event Services.
Provide high-level customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.Please see the job description for a full breakdown of the position responsibilities.

Skills and Experience

Essential

Experience in a similar role within a ticketing or box office environment.
Experience of administration in ticketing, working with seating manifests.
High level of organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Strong data analysis and processing skills.
Considers impact of decisions on individuals, wider organisation and commercially.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others and manage relationships.Why You Should Work For The Games

Contract: Fixed-term contract until August 2022

Location: One Brindley Place, Birmingham (full time office-based)

Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 per annum
