Our client based in Ashford, is seeking a Service Administrator to join their team. This is a customer service role answering calls and logging breakdowns.

Duties include:

• Answering high volume of telephone calls, logging breakdowns, and answering client queries.

• Allocating calls to engineers

• Organising engineers' maintenance routes / booking in jobs with clients

• Dealing with emergency calls and responding with urgency in a calm and patient manner

• Chasing clients for order numbers

• Manning/ managing the helpdesk mailbox

• Using internal in house system for all administrative tasks.

• Adding Insurance reports to the internal in house system.

Experience Required:

• Ideally you will have worked in a similar role, customer service, call centre, maintenance, repair or engineer dispatch

• Client relationship management

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Salary:GBP22,500 per annum

Please note: There is a DBS vetting process for this role.
