My client are a prestigious offshore private equity firm run by British nationals with a rare opportunity for a Private Placement Agent to join our team. My client maintains a steady roster of institutional and HNWI clients throughout MENA and APAC, through active relationship management with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Contact prospective clients within the private sector, with a view to onboarding them to our firm, through the available capital raising structures, including the general pool and direct placements - Manage existing clients once on-boarded - Achieve targeted quarterly and annual new net sales goals - Develop strategic sales plan and pipeline for allocated sales territory - Address client inquiries regarding our firm’s offerings - Present client proposals in a professional and concise manner - Work seamlessly with other departments (Client services, Accounts and Finance, Legal, Marketing and PR) to ensure that all client requests and inquiries are managed appropriately
- Ensure that sales and business practices are within the regulatory framework
- Networking to form new private client relationships
Required Experience:
Direct sales experience in the asset management, financial services and/or fintech space Proven record of successfully building and maintaining new relationships with sophisticated investors - Proven record of selling new offerings to new clients and closing sales - Thorough understanding of the private client market in the GCC - The knowledge of and ability to leverage the decision-making process of private capital investors - Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects - Strong understanding of financial markets and the investment process - Strong software skills and overall technical aptitude including comfort with systems for the analysis, reporting, storage and measurement of data - Excellence in both individual achievement and as a team - 2-4 years of financial sales experience - An existing private client database of high net worth’s or access to the same in the GCC region is favourable
Required Qualifications:
• Company visa & medical insurance
• Starting from 18,000 AED to 22,000 AED per month (3,600 GBP – 4,400 GBP), experience-dependent
• Bi-annual performance bonus
• Tax free earnings
The client will relocate a candidate from London providing a relocation flight.

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree Required - CAIA/CFA/ACA/Master’s or equivalent required
- Previous experience in private equity, investment banking, financial sales is preferred
- Excellence in spoken and written English is required
- Second languages will be looked at favourably on
