Merton Court is the ideal Independent Co-educational Day School. It is Sidcup's oldest established preparatory school, founded in 1899 situated in the London Borough of Bexley.

It is a small, family-run, private school (315 pupils aged 3-11) where traditional values and a progressive environment meet to give modern children the best possible start in life.

The school set in a beautiful 17-acre site has extensive indoor and outdoor sporting facilities onsite including an Astroturf and 25m indoor swimming pool; playschemes for at least 5 weeks of the holiday periods, before and after school clubs; activities, in our own Forest School; exciting outdoor learning areas in our 'Excellent' (Ofsted 'Outstanding') Early Years Foundation Stage.

We are seeking a skilled individual with:

• the drive, enthusiasm and a willingness to initiate and contribute to new developments in the school
• a strong commitment to the school’s traditions, vision and values

Who can:

• provide high level secretarial, organisational and administrative support to the Headmaster and School Business Manager in support of their roles
• manage and oversee the day-to-day running of Personnel and Administration services within the school.
• act as a first point of contact within the school for staff, visitors, parents and others seeking contact with the Headmaster and School Business Manager
