An exciting time for an Office Manger to join this global brand and Climate A listed company as they launch their new global executive offices in London. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working and in recognition for your efforts, on offer is a truly enviable annual bonus. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and managing all the processes and procedures that underpin the running of the London office. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring our statutory obligations are met while implementing best practice processes for managing Health & Safety, Contract Management, Budgets & Finances and Safety & Wellbeing to ensure the highest quality working environment is maintained.  You will line manage a front of house receptionist – also a newly created role in line with the office launch.  This role would suit an experienced Office Manager with supervisory experience who is looking for a fresh challenge where you can contribute ideas, introduce new systems and procedures and play an integral role is in ensuring the new office space is in line with the company’s vision on people being at the heart of the business. 

Skills/experience required:

  • Recent experience gained within in Office Manager role within a global company
  • Experienced and conversant with all Heath & Safety aspects and legislation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Experience of managing budgets
  • Contract management experience, including managing preferred supplier relationships
  • A practical thinker with a proactive approach
  • Proven experience, ideally qualifications, in facilities management
