EA to Partners

A boutique executive search firm is looking for a proactive EA to support in a 1:3 role, based in the West End.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a varied and fast-paced EA role with lots going on, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using their initiative! Typical duties include:
• Complex and extensive diary management
• Extensive global travel with detailed itineraries
• Full support across both business and private needs
• Inbox management
• Creation of documents and reports across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Being a gatekeeper
• Processing expenses
• Readiness to be contacted out of office hours on an ad hoc basis

WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will be a sparky, on-the-ball EA with proven experience supporting in a busy fast-paced environment, strong organisational skills, and high attention to detail.
Essential requirements:
• 7+ years’ experience supporting at Director level and above
• Experience supporting within an executive search environment is highly desirable
• Excellent prioritisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong team player
• Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrable ability to find creative solutions
• Calm under pressure and highly discreet
• Flexible approach, prioritising the needs of the business
• Competent in MS Office
• Proactive, friendly personality with a ‘can-do' attitude
