Executive Assistant

This is a phenomenal opportunity for a switched on Executive Assistant to support a newly formed dynamic team. Working from lovely offices in West London that offers hybrid working, this Executive Assistant will be a true right hand support and involved in business strategy.  The company has gone through a period of huge growth and therefore the environment is fast paced and ever changing.  Duties include

• Proactive diary management
• Inbox management
• Preparation of presentations, reports and letters
• Attend meetings and take meeting minutes
• Organisation of events, conferences, and host visitors
• Work and build rapport with the Finance Team alongside other departments within the business
• Meeting scheduling and resource booking including team meetings / external meetings.
• Responsible for leading the preparations for internal events and coordinating attendee travel arrangements where applicable
• Liaise with key business stakeholders, understand demands, prioritise and support the CFO
• Understand political and confidential nature of support provided and act with integrity and discretion at all times,
• Ad hoc large scale projects

There is huge opportunity to develop the role depending on your skill set.  The ideal Executive Assistant/Business Assistant will be high energy, confident and engaging with the ability to bring together teams at all levels.  Experience in start up environments and the ability to take the lead in decision making is essential.
