This role is working within a charity venture based in South West London which has been lauded by the press. An exciting time to join as it is just getting started, there is a lot to get involved in, lots of progression and fantastic for someone wanting to get experience as a private PA or working within the not for profit space.

The role will be busy and varied, based from office, house or the candidates own home there is flexibility though this person must be happy to work alone and be self motivated.

• Diary Management and scheduling meetings
• Office Management for the Museum
• Minor Book keeping and petty cash / invoices
• HR
• Organising press events and private viewings
• Helping to project manage events
• Invitations and guest lists
• Ad hoc projects

I am looking for someone who either wants to go down the private PA route or with an interest in art/history. The successful candidate will be very personable, confident, calm, switched on as well as professional, very discreet, trustworthy and loyal.
