Estate Manager- Kuwait with extensive travel – EUR 8-15K net per year plus benefits

Our client is looking for an Estate Manager to oversee a global property portfolio (3 properties in Kuwait, 1 property in Mallorca, 3 properties in London and 1 yacht). Whilst based out of Kuwait, you will be expected to travel extensively with the client to their various properties worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Estate Manager to oversee a number of state-of-the-art properties, line manage the House Managers and be the contact person for the client.

A large focus of the role will be on budgets, financial reporting for each property and scrutinising expenditure and accounts for each household.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who will be the main point of contact to the clients on all matters related to the properties, staff etc as well as being an excellent multitasker who will keep oversight across all properties and major assets (including the boat).

This is a role which requires a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to liaise with and manage a team with a wide range of cultural diversity.

Salary: EUR 8-15k net per year plus benefits
