The role of the Sales Operations Executive is to ensure compliant compliance in accordance with ISO requirements, assist sales teams and conduct various activities supporting the sales process to facilitate orders through to the rest of the business efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- You will act as the central point of contact to ensure smooth processing of sales opportunities through pre-engagement and monitoring.
- Support Sales to ensure opportunities are processed accurately.
- Manage operational tasks within the Revenue Operations team to ensure ISO standards are met.
- Drive data quality held within our CRM systems supporting the Sales Operations Analyst.
- Ensure the Document Management function is accurately maintained and updated.
- Meet development standards for the use of internal systems and deliver training to new users achieving a rating of 'Good' on feedback forms.
What can I bring to the role?
You will have experience in a sales administration role with experience of working with a recognised CRM. Previous experience within an ISO governance/compliance department is desired.
You will have the ability to work independently, without direct supervision, with a professional and confidential approach and a drive for continuous improvement.
