Are you an expert plate spinner who enjoys being a team linchpin?

A slick and dynamic investment firm based in the West End is looking for a highly organised, outgoing and muck-in team lynchpin to ensure a smooth running of the office. 

Managing reception, facilities and projects, no two days will be the same! You will be responsible for:

  • Answering client enquiries and calls and providing top service
  • Managing projects, the office calendar + coordinating meeting rooms
  • Ordering office supplies and thoroughly checking invoices and reports 
  • Maintaining relationships and liaising with suppliers and contractors
