Fantastic opportunity to join a very successful media, entertainment and investment business in Mayfair.

This is a brand-new Team Assistant role supporting the fantastic Investor Relations team in multiple tasks such as diary management, responding to investor queries, database maintenance, meeting follow up and the creation of investor presentation decks.  We are looking to hire an experienced and confident team assistant who is able to hit the ground running and offer first class communication skills married to a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage busy diaries, organise and prioritise daily workload, make appointments, coordinate reservations, send RSVPs to events, and schedule and assist with meetings as necessary
  • Manage and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics database, to ensure all contact details are up to date
  • Act as the first point of call for all inbound email enquiries from investors and their intermediaries
  • Liaise with the relevant teams with regards to all quarterly / six monthly investor reporting requirements
  • Liaising with internal staff on behalf of the team
  • Monitoring of industry / competitor news and sharing with team
  • Researching ahead of meetings and fully briefing relevant team member ahead of time
  • Assisting in meeting follow up and tasks
  • Building strong relationships
  • Keep on top of important tasks and deadlines
  • Draft and prepare presentations and correspondence
  • Coordinate local and international travel - book flights, hotels, taxis etc. 

What we are looking for: 

  • Must have supported at senior level as a PA/EA
  • High attention to detail and strong, articulate communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (specifically, Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Dynamics) and general high level of IT proficiency 
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proactive approach, uses common sense 
  • Positive solutions based / “can do” attitude required
