Office / HR & Compliance Manager needed! An exciting new role has arisen working for a fast growing, global business and technology consultancy business. A hybrid role working between their Mayfair offices and remotely, this is a varied and pivotal role which you can really make your own.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience within an office management role along with some HR knowledge. You will be a multi-tasker who is super organised, efficient, has a good eye for detail, Being the go-to person within the office, you must be flexible, proactive, uses initiative and be happy to muck in at all times!
Your daily remit will be split across three business functionalities:
HR
- Manage agencies on PSL and monitor/co-ordinate any new requests/approaches
- Coordination of interviews
- Creation of offer letters/ contract drafts (collection of all relevant documentation)
- Background check orders & verification/ filing
- Full onboarding, allocation of equipment and software accordingly
- Coordination of compliance training
- Coordination/ revision of pension scheme & benefits
- Organisation of employee appraisals (probation end & other as required)
- Creation and management of employee handbook and all relevant policies, procedures and processes
- Management of employee HR Software
- Working on Employees Learning & Development plan/ strategy
- Contractor paperwork & contract extensions, onboarding, training/compliance as required
- Staff communication
Operations & Compliance
- Business compliance (updates of policies/ procedures when required) client - supplier compliance paperwork
- Business insurance, verification, updates, payment schedules
- Procurement & inventory of equipment
- Liaison with external technology service provider
- Development & implementation of operational procedures & processes
Admin/ Office Management
- Office issues/ drills, inspections, etc.
- Management of IT services
- H&S, Fire Assessment, PAT testing
- Office access (keys & fobs)
- Office repairs
- Office supplies
