The purpose of Customer Service Administrator will be providing exceptional support related to customers and orders received. You will be following procedures when processing orders and payments, while being the first point of contact for customers.

Out client is a leading manufacturer of industrial coffee machines, with customers internationally. They are now looking for a personable and methodical Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team in Bristol.
Description
The key responsibilities of Customer Service Administrator include:
Manage internal and external orders, verifying them on the in house system, following up with delivery times, dispatch and payment.
Processing refunds, while following up orders with key customers to ensure satisfaction.
Liaise with transport and delivery companies, and ensure all necessary documents are approved for dispatch.
Follow up orders and resolving any incidents that arise, detailing the documents and movements in the corresponding systems.
Working with client processing, ensuring the database is updated, including clients, price lists and discounts.
Identify and propose action for continuous improvement for the optimisation of the processes in the workplace.Profile
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Administrator will:
Have exceptional Customer Service and communication skills, both written and verbally
An understanding of sales processes and customer satisfaction
Knowledge of Incoterms 2020
Good IT skills, including MS Packages & SAPJob Offer
