A highly reputable Communications Agency are looking for a Team Assistant/Office Co-ordinator to start immediately in the West End. 

Job duties:

- Meeting and greeting clients

- Booking trains and hotels

- Organising Events

- Managing petty cash

- Researching for current trends 

- Managing the Social Media accounts 

- Covering the reception desk

 

Skills and experience required: 

- Administration or PR experience in a professional environment 

- A degree is desirable

- Events experience is highly desirable

 

The role is paying up to £27,000 per annum
