JOB TITLE: Secretary (12 Month Contract)

COMPANY: Finance

HOURS: 9.00am-5.30pm

START: ASAP

SALARY: £27,000 - £30,000* Depending on experience + Amazing Benefits + Annual Bonus

LOCATION: Walking distance from Bank tube station.  

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Diary management for the Leadership Team – assessing competing priorities and anticipating requirements; filtering and prioritising
  • Coordinating and setting up meetings and appointments for the Leadership Team – coordinating all logistics i.e., attendees, visitors, timings, equipment, IT, and meeting rooms
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation for the Senior Leadership Team
  • Assisting the Executive Assistant with the organisation of events and conferences
  • Working collaboratively with other Team Assistants and the Executive Assistants to ensure that Teams function without issues and that workload is shared when needed
  • Arranging couriers and managing DocuSign for confidential documents, and helping to cover reception as and when required

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • A self-confident individual with a positive work ethic
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
  • A team player that can remain calm under pressure and within a busy environment
  • Accuracy, speed, proactivity, and the ability to ‘get things done’ is essential
  • Strong IT skills are required, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience of expense and document management systems is an advantage)
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a similar position is essential
