The Client
My client is a large, international asset management company based in the City of London in beautiful offices.  There are two Reception roles working different shifts; 7.30am – 3.30pm or 10am – 6pm. 

Working closely alongside each other, you will be responsible for management the reception and giving a first class service to clients and colleagues.   

The role will include lots of meeting and greeting guests and managing meeting rooms.  This is an ongoing temp role with the opportunity to become permanent. 

The Role

• Meeting and greeting clients from the reception desk
• Providing refreshments for the meetings
• Answering calls and directing them to the correct department
• Managing a busy meeting room diary
• Ensuring the reception area and meetings rooms are kept tidy at all times of day

The Person
To apply for this role, you must have Reception experience, be used to working in a busy environment and love the front of house role. You will be well presented, hardworking, pro-active and able to think on your feet. This is a great environment to work in that’s full of energy and really sociable.
