Highly experienced Senior EA required to assist the Founder and Managing Partner of a Venture Capital firm working in the Web 3.0 / Open Economy space. In a young but quickly growing company (currently staff of 20), this is a new role and will involve providing broad support to the Principal and significant operational management including some HR responsibilities and is expected to evolve into a Chief of Staff position as the company grows further in the near future.

EA responsibilities:
· Gatekeeper · Diary management · Coordinating frequent and evolving travel itineraries · Office management and logistics, including booking space for other team members · Operational support for the wider team as required, albeit with particular focus on the Managing Partner · Event management and organising Off-Sites and Away Days · Project management and research · Tracking and processing expenses · Data input and clean up on CRM · Assistance creating peer reviews · Liaising with the Private PA on some ad hoc projects as per the principal’s request · Tracking principal’s personal needs when abroad in conjunction with Private PA and other members of the team, keeping track of requests / purchases / deliveries, managing timings · Ad hoc bookings e.g. restaurants, cars, travel and work related events People/Staff responsibilities: · Managing and running HR administration processes, including: o Recruitment: job postings, CV screening, first round interviews o On-boarding and contracts (with CFO/Lawyer) o Payroll (with CFO) · Contract writing and amending · Liaising with both the internal team and clients · Assisting the portfolio in hiring new talentCandidates must be / have:
· Degree educated and/or strong experience in a HR / People Management related role · Fast on feet and self-motivated, able to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks · Team player, positive attitude towards requests from all sides · Pragmatic, solution-oriented · Familiar with MS Office, Zoom, MS Teams, Google Calendar and other IT systems · Literate, highly numerate, accurate with great attention to detail · Calm, organized, detailed and a clear communicator · 3+ years’ experience at this level · A keen interest (and ideally experience) in the Venture Capital space, and passion for Web 3.0_________________________________________________________________________________
