JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Recruitment and HR Administrator.

Role profile:

* Dealing with all HR admin tasks

* Supporting the HR Team

* Inputting information accurately

* Having a high confidentiality

* Dealing with all company compliance paperwork

* General ad hoc admin tasks

* Working flexibly as part of a team

* Helping other areas of the business as and when required

Person profile:

* Excellent administration skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to plan and organise work effectively

* Team worker but ability to use initiative and work independently

* Good attention to detail

* Previous recruitment experience

Desired criteria:

* Previous experience working within an admin role would be advantageous

* Excellent customer service skills
