HR Administrator - 12 month FTC

Our client is seeking a strong administrator with some experience in a HR environment who is looking for develop their experience in a fast paced and growing business whilst also supporting the team in a 12 month FTC.
Duties include:
* Issuing new starter paperwork, including offer packs
* Coordinating the new starter process, including reference checks, to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new employees and ensuring that probation periods are completed properly and with appropriate paperwork
* Updating employee records on the company HR system as required to ensure a current and accurate employee database
* Checking Line Managers are completing HR procedures correctly and providing clarification where required
* Supporting monthly HR reporting processes
* Ad-hoc administrative support as required, including generation of reports and correspondence, communications and support for major projects and events
We want to hear from you if:
You are a solid Administrator with an understanding or a knowledge of Human Resources
Can build solid stakeholder relationships
You are able to support a range of HR practices and procedures
