Wow Factor: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Administrator to join a dynamic team in an International Consultancy based in the City of London.
We are looking to speak with candidates who are seeking a new and varied administrative support role, you will be supporting a team of consultants and senior stakeholders with all aspects of business support and office management.

Job Details:
- Temp-Perm Office/Team Administrator
- ASAP Start – Only available immediately candidates will qualify due to the immediate start
- £27,000 - £30,000* Depending on experience
- City of London – Office Based (No remote working)
- 09.00am – 5.30pm
Job Spec:
- Support senior stakeholders and consultants with general administration and secretarial duties
- Based on the front of house desk, overseeing all office management duties
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Diary management using Outlook.
- Printing, binding, photocopying, scanning and archiving confidential documentation
- Updating the paper and electronic filing systems
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Travel booking, scheduling meetings and arranging couriers
- Collating reports and records
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role is necessary
- Strong administrative skills and experience within a fast paced and corporate environment is ideal
- Open to experience from various industries
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- MS office and IT skills
- Multitasking, organisation and prioritisation important
- Personable, hard working, resilient and confident working attitude.
